“HABIT OF SAYING AND SELF-TALK”
What is your habit of saying?
Have you ever noticed even one of them until now?
Unaware habits of saying are actually one’s unconscious beliefs.
There is unfortunately no basis in truth for these beliefs.
And the habit of saying simultaneously becomes an unconscious self-suggestion to further reinforce the original belief, and keeps a person in that worldview until one truly realized about it.
People also have internally an unconscious negative self-talk, which continues to have the same effect on people as the habit of saying. The more unconscious it is, the more a person reactively acts toward anything.
The only way to realize these unconsciousnesses (ego) by oneself is to observe them from the Consciousness itself, which is firmly separated from the mind.
If one remains identified with the mind at this time, one will be more or less swayed by the desire for control, and one will wander in the even deeper drama world of the mind, such as fighting against one’s own ego with one’s ego.
While being aware of the presence of habits of saying or negative self-talk, but if unable to firmly leave from the mind, for instance, one may try to promote change by changing the negative into something positive, which is not only completely ineffective, but in fact its effectiveness is no different than the negative one at all.
Since there is no fundamental insight in that awareness, no matter how hard one tries to change it to something positive (just turning the same coin over), it’s nothing but superficial. So inevitably one cannot truly believe or feel that affirmation, and no fundamental change can take place within such the world of doubt and self-deception. That is a world far apart from the world of consciousness itself.
And furthermore, while being identified with the mind, this self-deception is very difficult to acknowledge it as fact, even if one could notice it, because it is a fact that shakes one’s pride, and since this pride is entangled with the ego, it is extremely painful to accept.
People will instinctively try to avoid it and it’s a natural self-protective reaction.

Fundamental change and realization, whoever it is, can only come through pure self-observation from the Consciousness itself.
Once one becomes aware of one’s unconscious beliefs through pure self-observation, change will inevitably occur as one inquire deeper into the worldview and values that support those beliefs and find out the root of the beliefs.
Remember, do not try to stop habits of saying or negative self-talk because they have a negative impact. That approach is very shortsighted and, from the world of truth, is completely counterproductive. Rather, it is essential to sincerely and genuinely believe in the changes that will inevitably occur, the unknown, and in the flexibility of the universe itself, which one is creating, by finding out its roots.
When one is finally able to truly realize one’s own habits of saying or negative self-talks, one will be simply amazed at the impact, of course, but also at the fact that one had unconsciously held on to that belief until then. (OM 🙏)
