“OPEN ONE’S HEART.”

Drop any and all ideas about ‘love.’

Drop all concepts such about ‘transcendence,’ ‘the Consciousness itself,’ or ‘the nondual world.’

Throw out ‘definitions of every word’ one thinks one knows right now.

And please completely surrender the awareness of “one knows.”

All of these can certainly close the door to the path to truth, to ultimate love.

In other words, one’s heart cannot be opened due to them as obstacles, and remains in the closed without noticing it.

The more one has the courage to completely discard these things, return to the awareness that “Mind knows nothing,” and surrender (let oneself be guided) to pure cosmic wisdom, the more ready one’s heart will be for full opening.

These are the essential things that must be done first in order to truly realize the true nature.

One cannot leave the illusion while believing that what one perceives is the truth, or that it is the only fact.

What the mind perceives will always mislead oneself.

No matter how true it may seem, no matter if it is the one of the fact, it is never the only one or the truth.

In fact, the truth is even expressed in expression that seems to be the opposite way by many enlightened.

Please do not strive to discard these things or to let go of them, but rather, find out for oneself about what it means to let go of them.

If one can truly discard or surrender them, not self-deception, one may eventually come to the realization that one truly ‘knows nothing,’ and then one may become aware of true humility as well.

Only then will one be truly able to enter the path of truth with that humility.

Another important is that during this time, when self-doubt, self-denial, or conversely, self-justification or self-superiority, etc., arise in the mind, one does not align one’s awareness with them.

Such times are actually good opportunities to get away from the Mind.

No matter how true they may seem, the ideas are appearing and disappearing, and are merely the mind’s whispers actually coming from the fear of the unknown. The moment one agrees with it, one will pull oneself back into the old patterns of the dual world and hold oneself there.

Not aligning one’s awareness with it is also a very important practice that is necessary to keep one’s heart open and on the path of spiritual awakening.

If one truly keeps one’s heart open, all the things of the dual world, such as conflicts or problems in the world, will gradually disappear and be sublimed one by one due to profound realization of the truth.

If they don’t disappear, it is, in other words, because one’s heart is closed. Please make it as the opportunity to become aware of that.🙏✨🌈
