“BE AUTHENTIC.”
“I am Happy to have A, (or to be with A).”
“I am Grateful to be able to obtain B.”
When people get something they have always wanted, or when they become what they think they should be (having a partner, having children, getting a dream job, etc.), they say things like, “I am happy,” or “Thank God.”
However, this is because they believe the concept of such happiness or thing to be grateful for will bring them happiness, and there is always a comparison to their past and to others.
From another angle, it means that they are unhappy without them. In such cases, they try to force themselves to find something and convince themselves that “I should be happy”or “I should be grateful for C because I have it, even though it’s not what I wanted.”
However, since these things are not actually felt or fact, no matter how much they try to suggest themselves, what they actually believe is the opposite of what they are suggesting, and the suggestion can never become authentic.

Interestingly, we cannot actually transcend the dual world until we have savored about separation or isolation.
This is because transcendence, the Consciousness itself, or the non-dual world are not concepts.
If they were merely concepts, we could memorize them as knowledge or imagine them as ‘it,’ but since they are not concepts, just as we cannot comprehend light without comprehension of darkness, we will not be able to transcend without comprehension of dual world, separation, or isolation.
And in order to fully appreciate this separation and isolation, it is actually necessary to grasp a sense of the boundaries between self and others (mental, physical, and spiritual) as well.
If these remain vague, we will after all, come to have to rely on concepts.

For us to comprehend about the invisible world,
- Recognize separation and isolation
- Savor and acknowledge our own feelings
- Learn about the boundaries between self and others
- Become aware of and transcend comparisons of the mind.
- Actually live the truth you have grasped
- Just being present as the Consciousness itself, ‘now.’
These are some steps we will go through.
The most significant thing in each phase is to always
“Be present.”
“Be authentic.”
“Not to be deceived by thoughts.”
Being authentic means not pretending to be who you are at any given moment, toward yourself more than anyone else. It is essential to accept feelings, thoughts, or whatever in their entirety without judging them at all. Otherwise, you will either create resistance and create your own suffering there, or you will drive yourself into even deeper illusions.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Always ‘now,’ be authentic.
Even when you cannot be authentic, allow and accept it as just your state is.
That is what it means to ‘be authentic’.🌈🙏✨
