“Live in the now.”

“LIVE IN THE NOW.”

We are in the present moment. We can be nowhere else.

In every sense of the word, it is of the utmost significance to cherish and enjoy the ‘now’ moment.

New awareness, deeper spiritual awakening, and expansion of awareness can only occur in the present moment.

It is not tomorrow nor yesterday. It is nowhere else but now.

Therefore, no matter how trivial the matter, no matter how monotonous the routine, we need to find contentment in doing it.

This will transform the ‘now’ from a kind of painful routine that you have to get through to a moment that is significant for you to live in.

If you find contentment that you did not have before, it means that you yourself have turned a time that might have been meaningless to you into something far more precious to you.

This is called spiritual alchemy.

This is how we ourselves continue to create our own universe to further deepen our awareness.

Having said that, if you still have deep grief from the past that has not healed, if you are disturbed by some triggers that make it difficult to live in the ‘now,’ remember that this is just your current state and there is nothing wrong with you. The significance is to sublimate that grief by feeling it fully.
The reason you come with such past grief is that it may have been too huge to accept those feelings in the first place. However, feeling through these emotions ‘now’ will naturally come to help you to move on to the next stage with the energy that comes spontaneously from within you.

However, please do so carefully and without haste, by securing a safe place and working with a grief specialist whom you truly trust.

No one but you can say goodbye to the familiar, even if it is accompanied by grief and heartache, and step into the unknown of the ‘now’ for your own sake.

And in the process of stepping out, you will also learn immeasurably more. You will discover much about yourself and may realize even about a higher self that goes far beyond the ego – if you wish.

No one may be able to go back the past and start over, but because it is the present, we can let go of the past by healing them. In this way, you will be also naturally able to say goodbye to the self-pity that has hold you back to the past.

The present moment is everything to everyone.

All we need is in the ‘now.’
