“A name for posterity.”

“A NAME FOR POSTERITY.”

The more we identify with the mind, body, or any other than the Consciousness, the more we wish to bequeath proof of our existence in this world.

This is because we believe, somewhere deep inside, that if we do not prove our existence in some way, there is actually no meaning to our existence.

“Compared to the grandeur of the universe, we are nothing more than a tiny, insignificant being.”

Therefore, we are vaguely convinced that unless we accomplish something big that will be known to the world, we will lose the meaning of our lives.

It must be the same meaning of the death for the ego.

And so, in the separated world, people become more and more obsessed with what they can see, and they base the value of their existence on comparisons of how much they have accomplished, how much wealth they have amassed, and so on.

This creates an intense sense of competition, and in the dual world of winning and losing, the identification with the ego comes much further reinforced.

In such a situation, some people’s minds begin to become exhausted by the intensity of the ego clashes and competition.

This exhaustion of the mind is, actually a blessing for the person from the Consciousness itself.

Then, what do these exhausted people do next?

They may try to raise their self-worth by looking down on the competition, or they may lament the stupidity of mankind, including themselves, or they may feel a sense of self-superiority by their awareness that they are living in a place that has nothing to do with such stupidity.

And then such people will also come to appear, who inquire the ultimate question toward deep inside of themselves.

“What on earth is this all about?”

And so the true seeker moves deeper and deeper into the truth.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

The ego and the mind are so detached from the Consciousness itself that there is tremendous significance in proving one’s own existence, and one is willing to put one’s life into it.

However, from the point of view of the Consciousness itself, the world that the ego and the mind see, what they achieved, and everything else is nothing but all an illusion.

That said, the Consciousness also see the profoundness and immeasurable value in the illusion itself, or within the depths of the foolishness of competition, or far beyond the various efforts of people, or within everything else.

And to all of this, it says, “There’s nothing wrong with it,” “Let it be.”

Just as a drop of water in the ocean is always the ocean itself, however awareness is identified with anything such as the ego, or the body, or any other than the Consciousness, the Consciousness that is unchangeably deep within us is always the Consciousness itself.

There is no need to go anywhere or do anything, for the Consciousness. The perfect world has always existed here, without beginning or end.

The Consciousness has never had necessity for a name to leave or proofing of its existence for posterity because of its perfectness and never will.🙏🌈✨
