“LEARNING TO LOVE.”

Love is misunderstood in many situations.

Sometimes it is as if love in such about entering another person’s sphere by taking their problems to solve (with good intentions, of course, but actually it’s violating healthy boundaries of self and others), assigning their own responsibilities to someone else, controlling, attachment, or even abuse.

However, all of these are based on illusions created by the mind, and have no resemblance to genuine love. They exist only in our thoughts.

Genuine love emanates from the heart, while illusional love are born from the mind.

But one can only love oneself or others in the way of how to love one knows. This is because no matter how visually this world appears to be dual world, this world is actually nondual. To love others as you love yourself and there’s no other is the natural way of being in this universe which is just a mirror of you.

Therefore, if one wants to understand genuine love, all person needs to get out of various mind illusions through loving oneself.

That ‘love’ of loving oneself is actually genuine love is to be guided by whether one feels freedom with the heart.

If it is the embodiment of the mind’s illusional love, unconsciously the body and also the nerves are tense. It may also feel something unnatural somehow.

On the other hand, if it is genuine love from the heart, you feel freedom and ease. Nerves that were tense will relax, and the body may be able to show its natural abilities more than before.

In this way, through loving ourselves, we shed the illusional love of the mind and learn what genuine love is.

And by knowing genuine love ourselves, we can come to love others in the same way, with the same genuine love.

This is learning genuine love, one way.

However, ultimately, genuine love is not something to learn. For if we drop our ego, we will all inevitably return to our true nature, pure love though, it is also true that learning genuine love through loving oneself can help one return to one’s true nature, because of the necessity to observe oneself deep inside and to listen to the innermost voice a lot. 🌌✨🙏
