“ENLIGHTENMENT IS LIKE A SPIRAL, INCREASING IN ALTITUDE AND DEEPENING IN DEPTH.”

We may experience a direct and unquestionable realizing the true nature, the truth, when we got deeply enough in touch with our innermost stillness.

It is a tremendously intense experience, not at all comparable to the ‘bliss’ that the mind can experience, or the ego thinks, but a deep emotion far beyond what words can describe.

And because of this, we sometimes mistakenly believe that we have “attained the ultimate truth” or “reached somewhere significant” with that experience, in a sense.

But, however.

In fact, it is from there that another dimension of the journey begins, the journey for putting the truth that we have gained into experience begins.

When we have a strong identification with mind or ego, we tend to dream of many things, and we delude ourselves that we will reach somewhere with such an intense experience, as if it will be the end of a path, but in fact, there is only still the path that leads from there to the further next level.

The path continues onward like a spiral.

For instance, after completing one of spiritual learning in human relations, you will no longer encounter the type of people you used to have a hard time with. It’s because the perspective gets higher enhanced and field of view is broadened, and the truths that we have gained will become clear to us through actual experience though, and as this happens, the perspective is even much higher enhanced and field of view is more broadened as well, and then, it is even the same person, we are given the opportunity to learn something much more advanced and profound.

In this way, as our understanding of enlightenment deepens, we actually move closer to Oneness.

Enlightenment is not a point of arrival, and it is not the end of the path once one has attained that truth. In other words, attaining enlightenment and living enlightenment are two different things.

In the process, we see more and more of ourselves in the people we meet, and with that, we have more and more faith in the universe and more feel the Consciousness itself through the beings in front of us as well.

What feelings there is a sincere respect for the person in front, no matter what phase they are in, a trust in all of their choices, and a quiet love with a humility that comes quietly from deep within, as gently clasping hands together and hanging head deeply.

In this way, the spiritual journey continues everywhere, spiraling upward.

In fact, this path just as there was no beginning, there is also no end anywhere. 🙏🌈✨
