“APPRECIATE EVERYTHING FOR WHAT IT IS.”

We look outside for love, happiness, fun, etc., it’s to find out that there is ‘nothing’ outside. We search desperately outside just to get that precious answer.

And moreover, one denies the sorrow or suffering one encounters and even tries to eliminate them, but it never comes to pass.

This is because emotions are only functional when all emotions are free to be felt, and an attempt to eliminate any one of them is the same as an attempt to eliminate the emotion itself. It is also an attempt to resist emotions as they are, which only appear and disappear, which is nothing more than a denial of humans as we are.

Moreover, paradoxically, if there were no more sorrow or suffering in the world of the mind, there would be completely no one who could transcend the dual world of the mind.

That is how precious and actually tremendously gratifying sorrow and suffering are. Even if it is difficult for the mind to understand them.

Remember that every challenge can be a door that leads you to a more profound world, and the more difficult time you feel, the more you should make it a priority to bring yourself back to a state of conscious where you can appreciate the facts as they are.

If that is difficult, be grateful that you have realized that you cannot do it at the moment, or that it is difficult for the moment.

Because this total acceptance of the facts as they are will surely create changes in the rest of your life.

In fact, this is what it means to be present, it is actually a surrender to the facts, an acceptance ourselves as we are.🙏🌈✨
