“IT IS SOMETHING WE CANNOT AVOID.”
Many of us try to avoid things that bring pain to us, but, even if we all need to rest and recharge when we don’t have enough energy to face them, we end up having to face them head-on, in a sense.
This is because the suffering, difficulty, etc., is actually the result of various resistances to events as they are, by such as one’s own perception of things, false self-perception, worldview, expectations, and so on.
Therefore, even if we are able to temporarily avoid an unpleasant event, as long as the way we perceive things and self-perceptions do not change – as long as we do not let go of all resistance to the event, the reality created by our own conscious will not change, and sooner or later, we will encounter another event with the same content.
This is not to say that everyone has to suffer, but ultimately, what is it that we recognize as ‘I’ or what is the source of our own resistance that creates the suffering, by looking deeply into ourselves, and we can clearly see the pointlessness of continuing resistance in that illusion, and so to say that we can let go of the resistance without difficulty, which was difficult when we identified the mind as the self.
At this time, we encounter the innermost silence by looking deeply into ourselves beyond our suffering. It means that we have been able to leave the mind that we tried to leave but could not, without realizing it.
Therefore, when we encounter an event that brings some discomfort, rather than seeing it as a problem and trying to do something about it, we should let go of some distortion that is there by leaving the mind, connecting with the innermost silence.
It is, in other words, when we encounter an event that brings some discomfort is exactly when our heart is closed, so in order to open that closed heart, we give that resistance, along with the fear of the unknown, to something much greater than our current false self-perception, which is the Consciousness itself.
Ultimately, unless each of us looks into oneself, beyond the suffering and difficulties we encounter, the heart will not be open, and therefore we will be even unable to savor ultimate love.

Suffering and difficulties are not brought about by circumstances, but are always created by such as our own distortions-false self-perception, values, closed hearts, and so on. 🙏✨🌈
