“NOTHING IS EVER WASTED AT ALL.”
On what basis do we say that reality is reality?
Because we can touch and feel matter?
So?
There are those who say that the spiritual world does not exist because it cannot be scientifically proven.
Is that so?
For instance, experiments in quantum physics have shown that things we hear about in the spiritual world actually happen (Observation changes the quantum state, which is not determined until observation → reality changes depending on how one’s conscious is).

The more what the mind calls reality becomes more real (i.e., the more it identifies itself with the body, mind, etc.), the more various things are created to escape from that reality.
For instance, sweets, abuse, drugs and alcohol, etc.
However, it is becoming clear that excessive sugar intake, physical, psychological, sexual, and other forms of abuse, drugs, and alcohol impair the brain’s natural functions.
Excess sugar, it is said that when combined with proteins, produces advanced glycation end products, which accumulate in the brain and may be a contributing factor to the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.
Physical, psychological, and sexual abuse can cause the brain to lose some of its functions due to the fear or helplessness caused by the abuse, and although people have an instinct to adapt and survive to some extent in such situations, in the future, the brain functions that are diminished by the abuse will need to be restored through functional training in a safe place.
In addition, because of the dramatic nature of the abusive environment, even if the person is placed in an environment where the abuse is no longer present, for instance, the person often has an unconscious, uncontrollable urge to be in dramatic, or an addiction to substances or relationships due to denial of the facts.
Drug and alcohol abuse can cause brain atrophy, behavioral, psychological, and physical dependence, etc., which severely hampers and impairs the brain functioning.
This impaired brain function can also cause that things that can be understood without difficulty with normal function brain hardly become to understand.

There is a wide range of things that the mind identifies with the self, but more often than not, the intertwined objects are identified with the self rather than a single object.
If it’s a single object, for instance, if the self is strongly identified with the body, physical ugliness becomes an abomination; if it is strongly identified with sexual aspects, others can only be perceived as sexual objects and their value is, of course, limited to the sexual range; and if it is strongly identified with ego, emotional and dramatic relationships may be considered as the most human.
All of these are, the stronger the identification, the more intense tends to be, in general.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
All of these things happen in the dual world that Mind calls reality. These are phenomena that can only be seen in the dual world of the mind.
“If we understand that the world that mind sees is all an illusion, then these problems disappear and it becomes easier to transcend the dual world, right?,” you may think. But is that really so?
But the facts are different.
For instance, certain people who fell into alcoholism has created a self-help group called Alcoholics Anonymous for the first time after thoroughly observing into the facts around them, and many people who voluntarily became involved in the group have been able to live their lives away from alcohol.
This AA, self-help group, which is also the prototype for many other self-help groups, is a group of people who observe themselves and change their own behavior, by sincerely following steps what are called the 12 steps to reconnect with their lost spiritual side, to leave their addictions, and to regain their true way of life. It has been recognized by medical institutions for its effectiveness.
These are steps that have been discovered precisely by people who experience with alcoholism, and could not have been achieved otherwise.
In addition, being seriously ill can cause some people to start to observe the self deeply. Furthermore, some people also use it as an opportunity to face the ultimate ‘fear of death’ as well.
Although this would not have happened without the ‘serious illness,’ but rather, it can say that the ‘serious illness’ could trigger an inquiry into the depths of the self that had never been looked at before.
In other words, can’t it say that, without such the world that the mind calls reality, it won’t be possible to connect to the spiritual world, nor will it be possible to transcend the dual world that the mind calls reality?
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
For instance, we may not have the opportunity to understand the whole truth in an instant, but our subconscious mind remembers everything that our manifest mind does not recognize as necessary, or even that it’s not even aware of existence.
And when the person’s inner self changes for some reason, what he or she saw or heard in an old experience that has been completely forgotten may find connections with something within the other memories that have been stored to that point and can appear before the eyes as a new reality for the unknown world he or she wishes to see and experience anew.
So that means that we cannot say that only what the manifest mind recognizes as necessary is necessary and the rest is unnecessary.
In the history of humankind, in fact, there are so many things that our manifest mind has determined to be unnecessary have actually become clear as necessary later.
This means that the world that our manifest mind sees, the world that the mind calls reality, is not all there is, that what our mind considers is unnecessary is actually not unnecessary, that the world is not finalized (there is always the unknown), and that what we can touch and what we can scientifically prove are not the only facts, can’t it say so?
In fact, nothing is ever wasted at all. If there is, it is just created by the mind actually.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
By the way, transcendence from the dual world is quite different from divergence or escape from reality as a psychological self-protection.
Divergence or escape from reality appears as if being left the world the mind calls reality, but in fact the self remains strongly identified with the body, mind, and emotional plane. Also, because of the strength of the denial, transcendence itself is impossible because the ‘acceptance of the facts as they are’ that is essential for transcendence from the dual world does not first occur.🙏✨🌈
