“EXIT THE DRAMA AND LIVE YOUR TRUE NATURE.”
When a person is fully immersed in drama, it becomes difficult for him or her to realize that he or she is immersed in drama.
At such times, people are more vocal about how right they are, how wrong the other person is, or how people should be, which is nothing but the subjective view of the mind. Nevertheless, the person believes with all the mind as if the world the person sees is whole world and that is the correct world.
At this time, the more people are sympathetic to this assertion, and the more shallow our own spiritual awakening is, the deeper we identify with the ego and the more immersed we tend to become in the drama.
So, conversely, if you feel the need to give advice others (to tell them the right way) or to criticize or condemn someone (you are the one who is right), then realize that you have been immersed in the drama created by the mind.
And once you realize that, gently exit from that drama. To return to the true nature.

Inherently, we want to be aware of our awareness of observing our own words and actions as the Consciousness at all times, but if you are not used to this, at least take time at the end of each day to reflect on what you have said and done throughout the day.
No judgment is necessary.
This is so that in reflecting on one’s own words and actions, one can learn about one’s ego tendencies, and also so that we can return to our true nature and remember again that our true nature is the Consciousness itself.

When we are connected to that true nature, our breathing and hearts are so calm and there is no excessive tension in the body. There is also calmness in our words and actions, and we are often different from many others because we are living genuine wisdom as it is.
We become attached to nothing such as we are replaying same scene repeatedly in our minds and just flow with the ‘now’ this moment.
Furthermore, since we become not a solitary being separated from our true nature, we do not need human connection in the sense of emotional support. We come to not need even any kind of consent at all.
Above all, we become grounded in the ‘now,’ in the present moment, and we also become unperturbed by what is happening.
Thus, there becomes no need, for the future, for anticipation, prediction, and for the past, for interpretation of the past, or coming to terms with the past at all.
Because there is only the present moment, and since we become simply living in the moment, there becomes no fear of the unknown future, or no fear of not being able to live in the present moment because we are dragged down by our own illusional past.

Being with one’s true nature is not for some special people; the purest moments of anyone are exactly when he or she is with his or her true nature. It is just that he/she is not aware of it.
Anyone can see the moment of being with the true nature, which is already experienced, better by removing all thoughts.
You are nothing but that true nature.
Everything else is just a story of a character in the drama created by the Mind.
Exiting from that drama is a choice made as a necessity of spiritual awakening, never because you ‘should,’ so whenever you choose to do something, always connect with your true nature, and most importantly, determine what your true nature longs to do.
All of the changes that accompany spiritual awakening are spontaneous.
There is no thinking involved.
This is how you yourself savor the moment of being with your true nature at your own pace.🙏🌈✨
