“Doingness and beingness.”

“DOINGNESS AND BEINGNESS.”

We are born on this earth, develop ego, and while our ego is becoming strongly bound to the self (our identification with the ego is strengthened), as being wounded many times. From the pain of our wound, people who hurt become representatives of evil, so to speak. And so we point at the wounds and the evil, appeal, and fight to change people’s perceptions. We say, “Evil must be eliminated.”

Many people continue to cling to the viewpoint that there is good and bad in the world and that the bad should be eliminated, but in fact, this clinging leads us continue to keep away from our true nature and further reinforces our identification with self and ego, and even making ourselves unaware of that fact.

In that way, as doers of good, we dream of eliminating evil as the counterpart of good in the dual world of separation.

But the truth is, whether one is trying to change the world, be a doer of good, or eliminate what one sees as ‘evil,’ the conscious of the doer is all in ‘doingness,’ and in that awareness, no fundamental change can take place. This is because those doings are based on the illusion of the dual world the mind creates and sees.

The only fundamental change that actually occurs can only begin within spontaneously, with aligning with our true nature as beingness (surrender of the ego, unconditional trust in life), and can never occur from anywhere else.

So, the next thing we need to do is to inquire ourselves much more deeper, “Why is there good and evil?” or “Why do I think evil should be eliminated?” We need to inquire ourselves our own ideas and actions more profoundly.

These differences between doingness and beingness is appeared, for instance, that the meaning and experience contained in the same single teaching of religious can be very different depending on whether one listens it at doingness or at beingness.

For instance, gratitude and humility are recommended not because they are the ‘good’ of good and evil, but because when one feels gratitude that comes spontaneously from within, or when one is humble spontaneously, is when the heart is open and the ego is let go, and that is when one is aligning with the true nature. However, our self-conscious egos prefer the former worldview, and even religious teachings are used within that worldview, even sometimes justifying aggression based on its interpretation of the ego.

We are at doingness as the former when our conscious is at good and evil, and we are at beingness when we let go of the ego and our hearts are open.

Do you see the tremendous difference in the world we can see and experience from these two levels of conscious?

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Let go of being a doer, and also let go of doings. Your true nature is not so small.

If you truly believe the world needs to change, go much more deeper into yourself. Then, it will become natural for letting go of doingness, you will inevitably ascend to your true nature, beingness.

May you be able to be aware again that the freedom is always within.🙏🌈✨
