It is the mind that is the source of the action of thinking and trying to understand, and what occupies that world is either bipolarity or flat multipolarity.

Suchness is transcended far beyond the bipolarity or multipolarity, and there is no way for the mind to reach such the truth.

So if you want to know about the truth, stop trying to know, think or understand.

More than anything else…

Continue observing yourself in the present, wherever you are.

Everything is within you in the present.

In that way, continue inquiring towards the innermost you.

As your concentration increases, you can leave your own mind and follow the path to the truth, the Oneness.
