“Say ‘YES’ to life”

“SAY ‘YES’ TO LIFE”

While we live in the ‘now’, we cannot keep 100% of our awareness within the observer’s consciousness, but a percentage of our awareness is to keep the observer’s consciousness active at all times.

When we live in the ‘now’ moment, while this percentage of the observer’s consciousness is always observing ourselves, we respectfully taste the state of the body in the ‘now,’ what we can sense with all five senses (inner changes and outer changes = nature), the transitions of emotions, the appearance and disappearance of thoughts, and so on.

Then we say ‘YES’ to all of them and, for instance, let go of any resistance that arises within us as soon as we become aware of it.

If we can keep even a few percent of the observer’s consciousness active in this way as we live in the present, it will not be so difficult for us to say ‘YES’ to our lives.

From the point of view of the observer’s consciousness, it becomes self-evident that we ourselves are the creator of life, and it becomes even quite natural to take responsibility for our own unconsciousness.
Because even though it is difficult to become aware of all of unconsciousness, it gives us the opportunity to realize more deeply the existence itself, which is our true nature, far beyond the ego.

So, if you are ready, decide ‘I say ‘YES’ to my entire life,’ and ‘I will not be a victim any more.’ And no matter what happens, no matter how unexpected, start with the choice, ‘I will not be a victim anymore.’

When you make that decision, all the reasons you were and will be for being a victim will loose its power to make you as miserable as before, instead, it will lead you to a deeper, more spiritually awakened (i.e., a state of joie de vivre), the Consciousness itself.

No one who does not know loneliness or human suffering can know our true nature, the essence of existence itself.

Because it is only those negative experiences of each of us that can become an opportunity to open the door of our hearts that leads us to our true nature.
