“UNCONSCIOUS (=EGO) PATTERNS.”
People have various unconscious patterns that they are not yet aware of, which prevent them from living in the “now” moment.
There is always an ego hidden there that is directly connected to some pain in the past. The ego that needs you to accept it, to heal it, to release it.
Even those who have the consciousness of the observer in most “nows” can have these unconscious (=ego) patterns left behind.
If you have read this far and don’t think this story is about you, you should be careful.
Furthermore, those who think “I’m fine” or “I don’t have that kind of thing” should get into the habit of stopping and getting themselves in the viewpoint of an observer which is transcended far beyond the ego, observing themselves, from much higher and deeper level than before.
If you observe everything closely from that observer’s point of view, you will see that the ego is always standing in the way somewhere, stubbornly choosing to cling to its interpretation of the past.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
In order for us to leave this unconscious (=ego) pattern and live in the “now,” we must first realize that we have the unconscious pattern, and furthermore, must first determine whether we want to live at the mercy of the unconscious (=ego) pattern, what our true nature longs for.
Otherwise, no one will be able to let go of the pattern or move away from it.
For instance, assuming that you have some pattern and consciously trying to control yourself to deal with it, or even more telling yourself that you don’t need a pattern, unfortunately, both will suppress the pattern temporarily and superficially, but will not lead you to a fundamental solution.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
So, if our true nature longs to live in the “now” away from this unconscious (=ego) pattern, what do we do? It is essential to observe every words and actions of us with the Consciousness of an observer which is transcended far beyond the ego.
This is because the wounded ego has very clever excuses to disguise itself, and in this pattern one has almost no observer’s consciousness, but the mind does has most of its conscious. It is not possible for the mind’s conscious to be aware of the existence of the unconscious, for a limit of a place its conscious is.
Both the ego and the mind have such a limit.
But on the other hand, it is also true that because of the ego, the ego can lead us on a very certain and profound journey of spiritual awakening. This, in turn, is something that only the ego can do.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Having said that, even though it is possible for each of us to let go of this unconscious (=ego) pattern and for each of us to move away from it and live more fully in the present moment, we always have the freedom of choice to live our lives unconsciously, saying, “There is no such pattern. That freedom will never disappear, of course.
However, once anyone truly becomes aware of the existence of such patterns at the innermost (once they truly accept them), fundamental changes will spontaneously begin to occur from within.
If you wish, from your true nature, to let go of even one unconscious (=ego) pattern of which you are unaware and live more deeply in the “now,” all that is needed is the recognition and acceptance of the existence of your patterns at the observer level far beyond the ego, including a Surrender.
Only when these are in place can fundamental change begin spontaneously from the depths.
You don’t have to try to change it, or you don’t even have to try to let it go.
You just need to make it a habit to check your true nature, as often as necessary, how your true nature long to live.
Yes, we all need only the answer to the fundamental question of how our true nature longs to be and the recognition of our own unconscious (=ego) existence from the observer’s perspective and complete acceptance of them to free ourselves from unconscious (=ego) patterns.
Only then can one be liberated from the patterns of one’s unconscious (=ego).🙏✨🌈
