“NOT THE OUTSIDE, BUT THE INSIDE. NOT ONE POINT, BUT THE WHOLE.”
In everything, do not focus on one point, but look at the whole.
For instance, the body. Don’t just look at one part of the face and judge it this way and that, but look at the entire body, from head to toe, from skin to muscles, bones, fat, moisture, and so on, and look at the balance of the whole body.
And do not try to fit your body to a general standard, but value the balance that your body inherently has.
Another instance is a partner. Instead of focusing on what you want your partner to improve, look at the person as a whole.
Human conscious (brain) has the ability to automatically discard information about the things that are most important to the person. Naturally, this is often different between you and others.
Even if what is important to you is for your priority, there is no guarantee, of course, that it is also important to your partner.
A partner means actually a relationship that gives each other the opportunity to look even much deeper into themselves.
Again, what is more influenced for us by our subconscious (about 90% of the conscious) than our manifest conscious (about 10% of the conscious), so naturally, what you notice without any difficulty may be difficult for some people, not just your partner, to notice. On the other hand, what is easy for your partner to notice may be difficult for you to notice.
There is no such thing as right or wrong.
If you put yourself into their shoes, they are all right, and if you transcend the mind level to look at everything as an observer, we can all be wrong.
For instance, even if people point out to you what you are doing unconsciously, how can you be aware of what you are doing unconsciously, while not observing yourself as an observer?
When we consider this fact, we realize that we can no longer criticize others for anything.
In fact, what to notice, what to do with it, and so on, are all left to each, and that’s what genuine freedom looks like.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
We may not be able to build the good world that the Mind dreams of, a beautiful world created by all of humanity working together, but each of us can find ultimate inner peace by each, and at that Consciousness (the infinite universe), which can only be connected with, we can reach genuine wisdom, not knowledge, nor accumulated information, nor mere superficial interpretation through experience, and we can live our lives based on those wisdom.
However, this genuine wisdom can not be passed on to someone else as same as you received.
This is because everyone, including yourself, is at a different phase in life, so even if it is the same piece of wisdom, the content the person receives will inevitably vary greatly depending on the phase of the subconscious mind of the person who gives it and the phase of the subconscious mind of the person who receives it.
Therefore, rather than intending to change such outer world, by turning inward, by leading yourself to the innermost stillness, by reaching the genuine wisdom and living it, the way you yourself live that inner heaven (not the concept) “now, here” is, in this separated dual world, it can be reaching those who need it most.
By not trying to change the outside, the way can be for such paradoxical things to happen spontaneously.
And this is the inherent true nature of our essence.🙏🌈✨
