“What is ‘as you are’?”

“WHAT IS ‘AS YOU ARE’?”

Accepting yourself as you are, what is ‘as you are’?

It is not, for instance, being ‘quick to get emotional’ or ‘good at one thing’. Such perceptions lead to a false self and should be stopped immediately.

In fact, various problems that occur in life are actually largely related to this ‘cognitive distortion.’ That ‘cognition’ comes from two sources: the ability to accurately assess a situation and the ability to be self-aware (to recognize oneself as one is), both of which interact with each other to shape a person’s overall experience.

However, the subject of ‘cognition,’ which is the root of the commonly accepted ‘cognitive distortion,’ is vaguely identified with a false self such as the mind, which inevitably creates great limitations.

This false self is naturally limited in its vision and its potential, so it may attract new problems, but it cannot find a fundamental solution.

Therefore, before we start working on ‘cognitive distortion,’ it is important to specify the ‘self’ itself for the basis, the subject who ‘recognizes’ everything.

However, this is not something that can be instantly compensated for with the knowledge that ‘the mind is not the true self,’ but it is essential to find within each individual a definite ‘existence itself,’ ‘the Consciousness itself’ that is transcended far beyond the mind.

Although many people are not aware of it, but there are moments when they are observing themselves as observers, away from the mind, even if they have not found a definite ‘existence itself’ yet within themselves.

At that time, the most important thing is the facts what they see things as they are, away from identification with the mind. And accepting the facts as they come into view is what it means to ‘accept yourself as you are.’

For instance, ‘In such a situation, the ego reacts instead of I correspond to it,’ or ‘In a certain emotion, I tend to instantly identify with the mind, away from my true nature.’ The ego has to be recognized not as self, but as something different from the true nature, as a general characteristic of the ego that has been known through the experience of this life, and you need to remain in the observer’s consciousness.

At that time, there is no need to make judgments such as ‘I am not ready yet,’ or ‘I have to work harder,’ but simply accept the facts as they are, and by doing so sincerely, you will find that what you had been trying to change but could not until then, will change spontaneously from within.

And as you do this, you will continue to experience ‘the Consciousness itself,’ which is the subject that observes everything, away from identification with anything that is away from the true nature, such as the mind.

This helps us to move away from the replacement of between the Consciousness as the observer and the conscious as the false self, such as mind, and to find the definite ‘existence itself’ within.

Eventually, It will become naturally recognized the definite ‘existence itself’ as your true nature.

And with these, ‘cognitive distortions’ inevitably and spontaneously change vastly from what they were before.

Therefore, above all, do not try to change anything. You don’t even need to try to remain the true nature.

It is the false self that identifies with the mind that makes such efforts, and if you align with there, of course it will become impossible to fundamentally change.

Therefore, it is important as the genuine observer of one’s own inner movement, to determine what one needs to do now in order to, and to do it.

This is where your true nature exists, and is the only place where you become one with your universe.🙏✨🌈
