What is genuine confidence?
The genuine confidence is not something you can have because you can do something.
The genuine confidence means believing in existence, life itself.
The world in which the ‘self’ is identified with the mind or body, which are separated as individuals, is a world of separation, of duality, in which many people live only in this world.
In this separated world, the greatest focus is on what one can do and what one cannot do, and thus improving and continuing to advance is considered good.
In this conscious, focusing on what one cannot do or what appears to be negative and trying to gain ‘confidence’ by improving upon it will never succeed.
This is because the most important function of conscious (brain) is to find what we care about most among many other pieces of information, and eventually, the person will quickly find a degree of inability or a new matter of negativity.
Therefore, if this conscious is not changed, no matter how much effort is made in the manifest conscious to have more ‘confidence’ in oneself, unfortunately, one will never have that ‘confidence,’ and life will remain difficult for that person everlastingly.
On the other hand, if one’s ‘confidence’ is based on one’s ability to do something, when one encounters something that surpasses that ability, it is brought a great fear as threatening one’s existence, and to cope with that fear, one may try to avoid facing one’s fear by feeling superior to one’s ‘ability to do something,’ for instance, or one may impose on oneself the need to improve further or keep moving forward. However, eventually, no one can achieve unshakable ‘confidence’ unless one faces one’s own fears.
Interestingly enough, even if you focus on the fact that you can do something, just like the conscious that focuses on what you cannot do, the information that the conscious (brain) selects and collects is what you care about most, i.e., ‘what you can do something = what you cannot do other things,’ so eventually, you will only attract the same result (you cannot have unshakable ‘confidence’).
Both of these two are just two sides of the same dual world, and neither of them can unfortunately transcend this dual world.
In this way, this inability to have genuine confidence brings many difficulties to people.

Now, then, what if the ‘self’ is not separated as individual, but is the Consciousness itself and is only tasting the experience as a part of Oneness and Wholeness?
What if our secret pleasure is to transcend the false sense of self through all experiences and return to the inherent unchangeable Consciousness?
What if we always live in being inseparably connected to the Wholeness, not separated as individuals?
Can you see?
Only when living in this Oneness, in this connection with Wholeness, becomes our primary focus, do we realize that all of our previous struggles, all experiences of both sides of the dual world, were all we needed to get there, and all of them, in fact, were lovely and enjoyable experiences on a spiritual level at all.
To try to gain the genuine confidence is opportunity our subconscious have created is bringing us such profound challenges.🙏✨🌈
